Eos Hospitality Names Matt Kerver as Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage
EOS Hospitality, a full-service hotel and hospitality management company with a portfolio of best-in-class hotels and resorts, vacation rentals, and specialty lodging, has appointed Matt Kerver as Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage. In this role, Kerver will oversee all food and beverage strategy and operations across EOS Hospitality's portfolio, partnering closely with property and corporate teams to drive operational efficiency, concept alignment, and sustained revenue growth across restaurants, bars, and catering programs. EOS Hospitality currently operates approximately 64 hotels and resorts, totaling 10,500 keys across the United States.
At EOS Hospitality, Kerver will work closely with on-and-above property teams to optimize food and beverage performance while developing concepts that resonate with today's travelers. His strategic focus includes enhancing operational systems, aligning culinary identities with brand positioning, and supporting property-level teams in delivering memorable, revenue-driving dining experiences.
Bringing more than two decades of hospitality leadership experience, Kerver joins EOS Hospitality from HHM Hotels, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage. In that role, he led the transformation of underperforming outlets while elevating restaurant, bar, and banquet programs across a nearly 250-hotel portfolio, with a focus on concept development and team leadership. His work resulted in strengthened brand consistency, improved profitability, and enhanced guest experiences across diverse asset types.
"We are excited to benefit from Matt Kerver's strong experience and leadership across our portfolio - delivering operational excellence, improving underperforming outlets, and creating innovative new concepts," said Ernest Lee, Chief Commercial Officer of EOS Hospitality. "We believe food and beverage is a key reason why guests choose certain hotels and an important driver of top-line growth. That's why we've designed our team so Matt works just as closely with marketing, sales, and revenue, as he does with operations."
Prior to HHM Hotels, Kerver served as Vice President of Hospitality at RH (Restoration Hardware), where he oversaw a $150 million luxury restaurant portfolio and led the global expansion of the brand's hospitality division, including flagship openings in Europe. Earlier in his career, he partnered with Sam Fox and Justin Timberlake on the opening of The Twelve Thirty Club in Nashville and held leadership roles on high-profile hospitality projects with firms such as Sterling Bay, Magnicity, and Vornado. He began his career with the Hillstone Restaurant Group management program, building a strong foundation in service standards and people-first leadership.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, Kerver currently resides in Orlando, Florida, with his wife and their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys discovering new restaurants, traveling internationally, attending concerts and sporting events, and sharing his lifelong passion for music, having once served as lead singer and bass guitarist in a local rock band.
