Noormahal Palace, Karnal has appointed Chef Manish Sharma as its new Executive Chef, bringing on board a culinary leader whose journey through India's most iconic luxury hotels spans over two decades.
In his new role, Chef Manish will shape the culinary direction of the palace—guiding menus, mentoring kitchen teams, sourcing ingredients, and crafting dining experiences across the hotel's restaurants, bar, in-room dining, and large-scale celebrations. His focus will be on creating food that feels thoughtful, seasonal, and rooted in genuine hospitality.
Chef Manish began his career at The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur, where he took his first steps in professional kitchens. Over the years, he went on to work with celebrated brands including The Taj Group, Sheraton Udaipur, and Radisson Blu Udaipur, steadily growing into a chef known not just for technical finesse, but for leadership, consistency, and a deep understanding of guest expectations.
