Mckibbon Hospitality Announces Leadership Appointments for Savannah Historic District Portfolio
McKibbon Hospitality has announced two strategic leadership appointments to support its expanding Savannah Historic District portfolio, naming Bryan Hale as General Manager of the soon-to-open Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District, and promoting Dylan Mizenko to Market Director of Sales for three of McKibbon's downtown properties.
Hale will lead operations, brand standards, and guest experience for Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District, Hilton's modern lifestyle brand designed for the ambitious, wellness-focused traveler. Opening spring 2026, the 148-room property will feature Peloton suites, a Bluestone Lane Café, flexible meeting space, a fitness center, and a rooftop restaurant and bar overlooking the Savannah River. Hale brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across Hilton, Marriott, and IHG, most recently serving as General Manager of the Hampton Inn Savannah Historic District, where he achieved record-setting guest satisfaction and strong financial performance.
In his new role as Market Director of Sales, Mizenko will oversee sales strategy, performance, and account development for the Hampton Inn Savannah Historic District, Holiday Inn Express Savannah Historic District, and Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District. He will be representing more than 400 rooms in the heart of downtown Savannah. With nearly a decade of experience in the market and established partnerships with Visit Savannah, the Tourism Leadership Council, and multiple regional associations, he will drive revenue growth and strengthen client engagement across the portfolio.
