The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas Appoints Amy Burcham Spa Director
The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas is pleased to announce the appointment of Amy Burcham as Spa Director. A seasoned leader known for transforming luxury spas into singular destinations, Burcham will oversee all operations for the hotel's renowned 12,000-square-foot Spa.
In her new role, Burcham leads the Spa's strategic vision and guest-experience innovation, including an evolution of treatment offerings, signature programming, and enhancements to the Spa's comprehensive wellness experience.

Burcham brings over 14 years of transformational leadership in luxury hospitality to the role. Most recently, she served as the Director of Spa at The Adolphus Hotel, where she built the spa into a leading destination that maintained the top TripAdvisor ranking for over two years. Her previous experience includes executive roles at The Eilan Hotel & Spa and the Mokara Hotel & Spa in San Antonio, where she was recognized for driving significant revenue growth and maintaining Forbes standards.
Additionally, Burcham spent over two decades as an Army Officer Wife Family Readiness Leader, overseeing support operations for thousands of military families during deployments. She holds a degree from Central Texas College and has visited 44 U.S. states and 18 countries, finding inspiration through new experiences and the meaningful connections discovered through travel.
