Sergio Bocci Appointed General Manager of Conrad Punta De Mita
Conrad Punta de Mita - the award-winning luxury resort located along Mexico's breathtaking Riviera Nayarit coastline - is pleased to announce the appointment of Sergio Bocci as General Manager. With more than 40 years of experience with Hilton Worldwide, Bocci brings an extensive background leading high-performing hotel, resort, and convention properties across North America.
In his new role, Bocci will oversee all facets of the resort's operations, including its 324 guestrooms and suites, signature Conrad Spa, three pools, four restaurants, three bar concepts, meeting and event spaces, and the property's broad portfolio of wellness, culinary, and leisure experiences. He will also partner closely with the resort's commercial teams to continue elevating its positioning and to introduce new guest-driven programming reflective of the region's culture and setting.
Bocci joins Conrad Punta de Mita from Hilton Anaheim, Hilton's largest hotel on the West Coast, where he served as General Manager and led the property through a full-scale, multi-phase renovation. Under his leadership, Hilton Anaheim maintained revenue targets throughout construction, exceeded post-renovation commercial goals, and earned multiple Hilton Americas accolades for the overall guest experience.
No stranger to the Mexico luxury market, Bocci previously served as General Manager of Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort, where he successfully repositioned the property to compete within the region's aspirational luxury set and achieved the highest revenue year in the resort's history. Hilton Los Cabos was recognized as "Hotel of the Year" for the Caribbean and Latin America region under his leadership and earned a Forbes Four-Star designation. Throughout his tenure, he has also held key operational roles at The Beverly Hilton, Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort & Club, and DoubleTree by Hilton San Diego Mission Valley.
"I have spent meaningful time working in Mexico, throughout my career, and returning to lead Conrad Punta de Mita is truly a full-circle moment," says Bocci. "This resort is one of the most special properties in the Hilton portfolio, and I look forward to partnering with the team to continue exceeding our revenue goals, introduce new programming, and strengthen our luxury positioning within the region."
Bocci attended Santiago College in Orange County, California, where he studied Business Administration.
