Benjamin West Hired for Bermuda Resort Hotel Project
BOULDER, CO, August 18, 2005. The 46 unit, new construction resort hotel project, Newstead Belmont Hills Golf Resort and Spa, has retained Benjamin West to provide furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) purchasing services for their project. The resort will consist of 46 units located right on Hamilton Harbour with spectacular views of the ocean and the capital city of Hamilton.
The luxury resort will include a day spa, fitness facility, infinity pools and a two restaurants and lounge. The resort will also offer guests the ability to play the redesigned 6,100 yard, Par 70 Belmont Hills Golf Club. The hotel is scheduled to be completed by December 2006.
