Tecton Promotes Greg Kaylor to Director of Operations
FEBRUARY 6, 2007. Kaylor, who previously served as vice president of operations, has been with Tecton Hospitality for 16 years. In his new position, Kaylor will provide leadership and direction to the general managers at each hotel in order to insure positive results in revenue/profit and service/product quality. In addition, he will be responsible for standard operating procedure compliance and insure successful implementation of Tecton's policies and procedures.
During his tenure with Tecton, he served as general manager for some of the company's hotels. In this position, he consistently improved the profitability of the hotels he managed and received multiple awards.
Earlier in his career, Kaylor served for eight years as the director of operations for Institutional Management Corporation, a division of Atlanta-based Striton Properties. Here he was responsible for the operations of the company-owned hotels and commercial real estate assets.
