Somerset Hills, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton™ Hotel, Set for January 2020 Opening Following $22 Million Renovation

Valor Hospitality Partners announces plans to open the 118-room Somerset Hills Hotel in the heart of historic Warren, N.J. in January 2020. A Tapestry Collection by Hilton property, this new hotel will double as a premier wedding and corporate events venue, offering more than 5,100 square feet of flexible indoor meeting space, in addition to a beautiful and expansive outdoor venue.

Originally built in 1987, Somerset Hills has been a staple in the community for decades, nestled in the rolling hills and lush greenery of Somerset County. Now, newly renovated and reimagined following a major $22 million renovation, the Somerset Hills Hotel captures both the beauty and rich history of the town, which is home to many historic sites and monuments that played a major role in the American Revolution.

The boutique hotel will feature contemporary inspired guest rooms and spacious suites, offering leisure and business travelers all the comforts, services and amenities that guests come to expect from the Tapestry Collection by Hilton brand. Guest rooms will include 55" TVs, a personalized pillow menu, Beekman bath amenities and many will also feature expansive verandas.

In addition to offering elevated touches and modern amenities, Somerset Hills will cater to corporate groups and weddings, with options including the Lafayette Ballroom, Crossroads event room and Lighthorse boardroom, offering a nod to the town's colonial history. A picturesque, expansive outdoor garden and patio encompassing nearly 2,000 square feet completes the event space, perfect for corporate functions, weddings and other social events. Other thoughtful amenities within the hotel include a seasonal outdoor pool and sundeck as well as a 24-hour fitness center, featuring Peloton bikes.

Somerset Hills will also be home to TAP Gastropub, a chef-driven, European-style restaurant. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests and locals can enjoy delicious cuisine, locally curated cocktails and 20 perfectly chilled craft beers on tap. The restaurant pays homage to the iconic former onsite restaurant, The Tap Room, a beloved community hotspot among locals.
