Evolution Hospitality, the lifestyle operating division of Aimbridge Hospitality, welcomed luxury boutique property Antrim 1844 to its growing portfolio beginning July 1st.

The Antrim 1844 joins Evolution Hospitality's carefully curated portfolio of distinctive lifestyle hotels in the boutique and independent verticals. "Evolution's individualized approach will bring tremendous value to the bespoke mansion, Antrim 1844," said John Caparella, President of Evolution Hospitality. "Our in-house, focused marketing efforts, particularly in the digital space that is so critical in the lifestyle vertical, will leverage the unique character of this luxury estate destination to drive successful outcomes for the property and owners."

Located just 15 minutes from Gettysburg, the Antrim 1844 is set across 24 acres at the foot of Central Maryland's Catoctin Mountains. The Mansion, a historic 17,000 square foot building with towering ivory columns and sweeping grand porches, anchors the property with nine guest rooms across three floors. Each of Antrim 1844's 40 guest rooms and suites are uniquely decorated and set in different buildings around the property including The Barn, The Cottage, The Carriage House and more, all with their own history.

Executive Chef, Ilhan Erkek, uses the freshest and finest ingredients to masterfully create French American cuisine at The Smokehouse Restaurant, named the Best Historic Restaurant in America by Historic Hotels of America. With more than 17,000 bottles of wine, the Antrim 1844 has one of the most extensive wine cellars on the East Coast from famed regions around the world. The Wine Cellar has been a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence winner for more than 20 years and has hosted some of the world's most talented and influential winemakers including Marc and Peter Mondavi, David Ramy, Marc Perrin, Dan Phillips and Sparky Marquis. Guests can also taste rare scotch or enjoy some of the finest cognacs and whiskeys in the world at the Pickwick Pub.

8,000 square feet of meeting and event space accommodates small groups of 10 or multi-day conferences of 100 with ease. The property's convenient location draws events from Maryland, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania and Baltimore. Highlights of the space include the glass-enclosed Pavilion Ballroom, Formal Dining Room, The McCaleb room for larger gatherings and The Formal English Tea Rose Garden full of a variety of roses, bronze fountains and historic architecture. In The Mansion's drawing rooms, cocktails are complemented by the oversized Monticello windows, interior shutters, and marble mantels carved by William Rinehart.

The property's other amenities include an outdoor pool, croquet lawn, tennis court, volleyball court, horseshoes, badminton, electric vehicle charging stations, and pet-friendly accommodations.
