X2 Vibe, the design-led hotel brand for millennial travellers, has launched YAN SPA, an exciting new wellness concept that blends ancient Thai wisdom with a contemporary vision.

The YAN SPA has been unveiled at X2 Vibe Bangkok Sukhumvit, the trendy neighbourhood hotel in the Thai capital's On Nut district earlier this month. This serene and stylish wellness centre features a choice of relaxing treatment rooms for singles and couples, along with an authentic Japanese onsen.

In Thai, “yan” means “the sharing of knowledge”. This reflects how the experienced therapists at YAN SPA harness the ancient secrets of Royal Thai massage, which have been passed down from generation to generation.

This knowledge and skill will be combined with modern techniques and natural ingredients to create an extensive range of treatments, from body scrubs, facials, waxes and masks, to a wide range of massages such as traditional Thai, Swedish and Balinese techniques, aromatherapy, hot stone massages and many more.

In line with X2 Vibe's millennial mind-set, many of the treatments offered at YAN SPA can be completed in an hour or less - perfect for guests with busy lifestyles. Those with a little more time can enjoy a choice of 60- or 90-minute treatments including the X2 Vibe Signature Massage, which combines hot stone and coconut oil massages.

And for the ultimate indulgence, the X2 Vibe Royal Package lasts four-and-a-half hours and comprises of Black Sesame Honey Body Scrub, Gold Honey Body Mask, Pure Relaxation Massage, onsen and facial treatment, followed by healthy spa cuisine and refreshments.
