SEPTEMBER 20, 2007. Synesi, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SYNS) announced that its subsidiary, Carefree Elite, Inc. has executed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire an additional New York property in East Quogue. The five bedroom Hamptons property is valued at $2.8 Million.
