Apiary Hotel Opens in South Denver’s Belleview Station District

Apiary Hotel, part of Marriott's Bonvoy Collection, announced that it is officially open to guests. The 175-room, all-suite hotel is a first-of-its kind in South Denver, bringing residents and locals a lifestyle extended stay concept alongside an upscale cocktail lounge and locally driven market.

The newly built urban hive brings an unexpected boldness to Denver Tech Center, blending masculine touches with soft, lustrous materials. Clean lines and sleek surfaces nod to the area's urban atmosphere, which are balanced by extended stay comfort cues including the lobby's cozy, multi-sided fireplace, daily, complimentary hot breakfast for guests and a warm, welcoming environment. The lobby features a custom check-in desk, long communal tables and lounge seating for gathering, and easy bar and market access. True to its name, Apiary features bee-inspired imagery throughout the property as a nod to the beauty of the beehive.

The guestrooms are elevated and comfortable, featuring mixed use materials that add warmth through copper accents and layered wood tones and textures. Each guestroom features extended stay elements designed for long term comfort including a kitchenette, a sleeper sofa with an ottoman and partition walls for privacy in the studio suites. Throughout the rooms, refined elements are infused with intentional details inspired by Denver's diverse and artistic community.

Keepers Cocktail Lounge and June Gap Market and Café are both situated adjacent to the lobby, inspiring community gathering and offering easy access to guests and locals alike. Keepers Cocktail Lounge is an intimate space, open daily from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The smoked mirror behind the bar sets a moody ambiance where guests can enjoy meticulously crafted drinks incorporating fresh flavors including marionberry, ryegrass and juniper, served alongside small plates, many of which incorporate local honeys like the Honey Flight and Spicy Honey Flatbread. June Gap Market and Café is open weekdays at 6:00 a.m. and weekends at 7:00 a.m., closing at 9:00 p.m. daily. As the first and only walkable market in Belleview Station, June Gap focuses on sustainable and local food including pastries from Bird Bakery, Bonfire Burritos, honeys from Bjorns Honey of Colorado and a made-to-order menu with smoothies, breakfast options, sandwiches, salads and soups.

For small groups and intimate celebrations, Apiary's Nectar Room is a 900-square-foot meeting and events space with three flexible layouts, pre-function space and reconfigurable tables to accommodate groups of different sizes and priorities.

Apiary Hotel is located at 4855 S. Quebec Street in Belleview Station. Nestled in Denver Tech Center, Belleview Station is a fast-growing, walkable neighborhood south of Downtown Denver that is home to dining, shopping, luxury residential buildings and thriving businesses. The hotel is joined by a residential offering, Apiary Residences which is comprised of one- to three-bedroom units including two floors of luxury penthouses.
