ESH Strategies Franchise, LLC announced the opening of the first Extended Stay America Suites in Minot, North Dakota.
The three-story 66-room property is owned by Elevation LLC and will be operated by National Hospitality Services. It features a 24-hour market, onsite bar, business center, meeting space, daily complimentary breakfast, outdoor pavilion with fireplace and grills, complimentary Wi-Fi, onsite laundry. In addition, the spacious 440+ square foot suites include fully equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerators, stovetop, cookware, utensils, dishes, and walk-in closets.
