Hotel Crescent Court Re-Opens Its Doors
Situated in the heart of Uptown Dallas within the flourishing 11-acre Crescent Complex, Hotel Crescent Court proudly reopens its doors. In adherence with state and local regulations and guidance, Hotel Crescent Court is resuming immediate operation of its accommodations, pool, spa, bars, restaurants and members-only Crescent Club. The Conservatory will remain closed until further notice.
Implementing enhanced safety protocols, Hotel Crescent Court has rolled out extensive safety and hygiene trainings for its employees, along with conducting regular temperature checks for its associates upon entry and issuing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at the beginning of each shift. In addition to its staffing requirements, the hotel is practicing social distancing in all spaces, providing hand sanitizer throughout the property, increasing regular sanitation at high touchpoints, cleaning guestrooms thoroughly with healthcare grade products, removing all in-room collateral, incorporating disposable covers for remote controls, while housekeeping is bagging all used linens in-room and transferring in single use bags, to prevent contamination and more. Additionally, valet service has been temporarily suspended and all guests arriving on property will be offered a personal PPE kit for purchase.
"We are looking forward to welcoming our guests back. Their safety, and the safety of our team members, remains as our number one priority," said Denise Mope, director of sales and marketing at Hotel Crescent Court. "We're confident our extensive safety protocols and dedication will give people peace of mind, while being able to enjoy the experiences they have missed over the past few months."
In honor of its reopening, Hotel Crescent Court is offering a "Missed Milestones & Future Occasions" package, available now through Dec. 31, 2020, including a welcome gift bag with two splits of champagne, one dozen Sprinkle™ Cupcakes, two complimentary drinks at the bar or pool, a $50 credit to be used towards a private, socially-distant dinner at The Crescent Club or in your room and complimentary self-parking.
