Boston’s Kimpton Onyx Hotel Appoints Dannie Halloran as Director of Sales
Kimpton Onyx hotel is pleased to announce the appointment of Dannie Halloran as Director of Sales for the 112-guestroom, boutique hotel located in Boston, MA. In this role, Halloran is responsible for the daily sales efforts of the hotel, directing both corporate and transient sales, developing new guest experiences and implementing Kimpton brand communi-cation, internally and externally. In addition, he'll work closely with the hotel's revenue team and general manager to forecast and achieve hotel sales goals.
Halloran joins Kimpton Onyx with nearly ten years of hotel industry experience, most recently serv-ing as Corporate Sales Manager at Boston's Battery Wharf Hotel. Prior to that, Halloran resided in New York City and worked in sales roles at the Room Mate Grace Hotel, The OUT Hotel, and Cham-bers Hotel New York.

Halloran resides in Stoneham, MA with his husband, Robert, and two one-and-a-half-year-old long haired Chihuahuas, Bandit and Bowser, who now fill the roles of "Director of Make Fetch Happen" and "Director of Paws & Stay" respectively at the hotel that is nationally recognized for its un-matched pet friendliness and one-of-a-kind pet programs. Says Halloran, "Our family filled three key positions here at Kimpton Onyx when I was hired, and we could not be happier."
