The El Cortez Hotel & Casino Promotes Adam Wiesberg to General Manager
The historic El Cortez Hotel & Casino in Downtown Las Vegas is thrilled to announce the promotion of Adam Wiesberg to general manager. Wiesberg has been a part of the El Cortez executive team since 2017, most recently as Assistant General Manager.
Wiesberg began his tenure at the property as a blackjack dealer and moved his way up through the ranks of casino shift manager, director of marketing and most recently assistant general manager.
"Adam is the right man for the job. He is made for this position and will continue to be a strong asset to the El Cortez's future in Las Vegas," said Kenneth Epstein, Owner of the El Cortez Hotel & Casino.
Wiesberg, a self-described perfectionist with a passion for gaming has been praised for his leadership ability and growing casino operations at the El Cortez. "Through a combination of game mix adjustments, table limit increases, a cutting-edge pit player tracking system and an emphasis on providing excellent customer service we have seen phenomenal growth in our table games department," said Wiesberg.
With a sharp focus on growth, Adam looks to expand El Cortez's notoriety by preserving the property's rich history, while introducing room upgrades and embracing new technology.
