McKibbon Hospitality Adds Industry Veteran Rod Radcliff as Vice President of Development
Radcliff to Play An Integral Role as McKibbon Hospitality Continues to Grow Its Development and Renovation Businesses
McKibbon Hospitality, an award-winning leader in the hotel development and management industry, is pleased to announce the addition of Rod Radcliff as Vice President of Development. In his new role, Radcliff will help manage large development projects for McKibbon, such as the Hotel Arras and Arras Residences in Asheville, NC. This project is a redesign of the tallest and most iconic building in Asheville and will include an independent hotel, two restaurants, and luxury high-rise condominiums. Radcliff will help oversee department operations for McKibbon Hospitality's new development and renovation division. He will also assist McKibbon with its growing focus on third-party development and renovations.
Radcliff brings more than 35 years of hotel development and renovation experience to his role and has overseen more than $2 billion in development projects representing 16,000 rooms across all major hotel brands and segments. His experience includes programming, design, construction, FF&E and turnover for various project types including new development, reposition, restoration and renovation. For the last two decades, Radcliff has successfully managed numerous projects at the executive level, serving as Senior Vice President of Hardin Capital and President of Advent PDS.
