The hotel received this award distinction from among the brand's more than 435 hotels throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada. In order to earn the award the revenue history of top hotels is reviewed from a variety of perspectives including: revenue per square foot of function space, best-available-rate revenue, sell-out efficiency, and extended stay guest percentage.
