Oahu's Halekulani Hotel Expands the Roles of Its Accomplished Sales Team
Halekulani, Oahu's acclaimed luxury resort, is delighted to announce a reorganization of its sales team, to include Mr. Geoff Pearson as Director of Sales & Marketing for all domestic and international markets, Mr. Kazuki Takaoka as Associate Director of Sales & Marketing for the Asia market and Mr. Nelson Arlos as Associate Director of Sales for all other Halekulani markets, effective immediately.
Prior to his expanded role, Mr. Pearson was the Director of Sales & Marketing at Halekulani for the U.S. and international markets outside of Asia; he will once again oversee all markets. Mr. Pearson brings years of luxury hospitality experience at Halekulani and expert knowledge of international sales strategies in all markets to his new position.
Previously the Senior Sales Manager of U.S. East Coast markets for Halekulani and its sister property Waikiki Parc, Mr. Arlos will now serve as Associate Director of Sales exclusively for Halekulani, while maintaining his accounts in the U.S. East Coast and Eastern Canada markets. Mr. Arlos has more than 34 years of experience with Halekulani, beginning his career in the hotel's front office before becoming Concierge and now a key leader in the sales department.
Mr. Takaoka previously served as the Senior Sales Manager for Asia at Halekulani and Waikiki Parc and is now Associate Director of Sales & Marketing for Asia exclusively at Halekulani. Mr. Takaoka will be responsible for leading the focused development and implementation of targeted sales and marketing strategies for the Asia market.
"Halekulani is proud to announce the expanded roles of three of our valued sales team members, who are accomplished members of the Halekulani team," said Ulrich Krauer, General Manager of Halekulani. "With their combined passion, dedication and commitment to our success, Mr. Pearson, Mr. Arlos and Mr. Takaoka will expand the awareness of Halekulani in their new roles and continue to generate strong growth through 2018."
