Noble House Hotels & Resorts Completes Expansion and Renovation of Napa Valley's River Terrace Inn
River Terrace Inn - a luxury Napa Valley hotel, today announced it recently completed a $5 million expansion and renovation. The renovation encompassed the porte cochere, lobby and front desk, hallways, and ALBA restaurant, as well as expansion of the guest rooms, ALBA's kitchen, meeting and event spaces, fitness center and more.
“Our extensive expansion and renovation will allow us to capture additional business and leisure travelers coming to Napa Valley and provide them with an idealistic setting and luxurious accommodations,” said Christine McDermott, general manager of River Terrace Inn.
River Terrace Inn added six new luxury riverfront guest rooms and two suites that highlight the hotel's elegance and impeccable riverfront setting; each new room or suite features a fireplace, patio and separate shower and jetted bathtubs. The outdoor pool was removed, and a River Walk Clearing outdoor event space was introduced. Additionally, a new 1,400-square-foot ballroom opening out onto the Napa River was introduced for an enchanting riverfront environment, as well as various outdoor breakout spaces for meetings and events.
The outdoor terrace at ALBA, the property's recently-opened dining experience, was remodeled to include a new full bar and outdoor fire pits, presenting guests with the option to have drinks, dinner and dessert along the Napa River without leaving the property for a beautiful outdoor setting. The restaurant's kitchen was expanded to meet increasing demand for Executive Chef Zanty Tesorero's cuisine that pays homage to the local foodways with a fine combination of great mixology and superior cooking. A feature mirror was also added to the indoor lounge to bring in more natural light from the outside and to reflect the natural surroundings of the property.
The porte cochere and lobby were remodeled, including removing the front desk and replacing it with individual PODS to present a more streamlined arrival experience that allows staff to interact with guests on a more personal level. Hallways were updated with new carpet and paint, and the fitness center was relocated, expanded and outfitted with new equipment.
Less than an hour's drive from San Francisco and the Bay Area, River Terrace Inn offers the perfect Napa retreat. With its refined, pastoral charm and innovative features, the casually elegant Napa Valley hotel is the perfect balance of Wine Country serenity and urban hospitality.
