Stamford and Harrell Acquire the Radisson Dallas Love Field
DALLAS, TX, April 12, 2007. A partnership between Stamford Real Estate Investments Ltd of London, England and Harrell Hospitality Group of Dallas, Texas has acquired the 201 room Radisson Dallas Love Field Hotel located at 1241 West Mockingbird Lane, Dallas TX.
A multi million dollar renovation is planned for the property, including the addition of 50 suites to the room inventory. The hotel will be managed by Harrell Hospitality. "We are very pleased with our first hotel investment in the United States" said Uri Goldberg, a principal in Stamford, "we plan further investments, in partnership with Harrell Hospitality, in underperforming full service hotels that we can renovate, potentially rebrand and reposition".
Stamford also invests in hotels in the UK and hotels and other real estate in Europe. Harrell Hospitality, a full service hotel investment and management company, also manages the Biltmore Hotel and Suites, Silicon Valley and the Santa Ynez Valley Marriott.
