Jones Lang LaSalle Arranges Sale of Equinox Resort & Spa
One of North America's oldest resorts
APRIL 2, 2007. On behalf of its client, Olympus Real Estate Partners, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels is pleased to announce the sale of the Equinox Resort & Spa to HEI Hotels & Resorts. The 180-guestroom resort, located in the heart of Vermont's historic countryside, has a rich history of providing luxurious accommodations and service excellence for over 200 years.
The Equinox Resort & Spa offers a plethora of summer and winter activities, including golf, indoor and outdoor tennis, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Also available are classes at the Off-Road Driving School, British School of Falconry, Archery School and Orvis Fly Fishing and Wing-Shooting Schools.
