Mazili Hotel Group, a Hotel Brokerage Investment Company, advised Okeechobee Hotel Holdings, LLC. in the sale of the Safar Inn located in Palm Bay, Florida to Nikita Hotels, INC. from Jacksonville, Florida. The asset was sold at 10% CAP and Price/Room of $36,303. Julian Mazili represented the seller in this transaction.
