Formerly known as the Stay Boutique Leadership Conference, The Executive Women's Conference and BLLA Awards, the three events that comprise the Stay Boutique Live Trifecta will serve to crystallize a newly coined industry - BOUTIQUE. We will discuss everything that has to do with the boutique community (hotels & beyond). We believe that there is a new mindset that has come to life over the past few years, and that's the boutique mindset. This includes the creative, forward-thinking and innovative people who believe in the power that "boutique" holds. Stay Boutique is changing up the industry conference landscape drastically and will be continuing the growth of the world's newest industry: The Boutique Community.
Each year, we honor the boutique community's finest at the The Stay Boutique Award Ceremony. Founded in 2010, this is the highest honor to receive in the boutique community, shining a spotlight on the amazing contributions made to this special niche. These are the Prom Kings & Queens of Boutique.
Transformed from the (Travel Industry) Executive Women's Conference, The Female Empowerment Edition recognizes women internationally who lead in fields related to boutique, hospitality, travel, and tourism. This conference consciously creates a forum for women to support each other and to discuss, debate and deliberate on issues of importance as it relates to the modern female achiever.
