The 96-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Wilmington, Delaware opened Thursday, March 22, 2018. Located at 1300 North Market Street, the all-suite Residence Inn Wilmington Downtown will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Canon Hospitality Management. The new Residence Inn is the first hotel to open in downtown Wilmington in 20 years.

Located in downtown Wilmington and 20 miles from Philadelphia International Airport, the Residence Inn Wilmington Downtown offers its guests convenient access to The Grand Opera House, Chase Riverfront Center, New Castle County Courthouse, and within walking distance to numerous offices and restaurants. Rates vary depending on length of stay.
